time for adjustment

Lily is having some trouble getting adjusted to kindergarten.   She loves her teacher, Mrs. Yonally, and loves being at school.  She's having a hard time with separation anxiety in the morning.  There have been tears as she gets on the bus.  She's even had tears on and off in her classroom each morning.  Lily says she's crying because she's missing mommy and missing her house.  Thankfully, she has one of the sweetest, kindest teachers.  I'm sure this is just a phase that will pass as soon as Lily gets adjusted to the long school day.
