Lily has Mrs. Leon for third grade. Emma had her last year and we think she's a great teacher. Emma has Mrs. Kappiris for 4th grade. Mrs. Kappiris is new to the elementary school but she seemed very nice at Open House. It looks like Gracie has a great group of teachers too.
Emma is so excited that her best friend, Alli, is in her class this year. She thinks that's the luckiest thing that can happen to a 4th grader! Lily is excited that our neighbor, Anna, is in her class as well as another girl she knows - Sarah. Gracie doesn't have any classes with her friends, but she has the same lunch period as all of her friends which is the most important when you are in 7th grade.
