checkup

Today, Lily had her 4 year old checkup.  She did a great job at the doctor's office until it came time for her shots.  The doctor recommended giving her immunizations for kindergarten today so that she doesn't have to come back for them in the spring.  Needless to say, Lily was not thrilled about this AT ALL!  She begged and pleaded to leave the office but her meanie mom agreed that she should get the shots while we were there.   After lots of screaming (heard all the way out in the reception area), I'm pleased to report that Lily is fine.  The nurse gave her 2 lollipops for her troubles and the meanie mom took her out for donuts.
